We serve food, drink and snack options for families, visiting teams, and our area community. In return,
concessions generate a significant source of cashflow/revenue for our league (as a 501c (3) non-profit) to supports our operating expenses, investment initiatives, and helps keep registration cost low/reasonable for our community. Concessions staffing:Concession staffing occurs through a scheduled rotation during the season involving all of our teams. Staffing is lead/guided by a member of the concessions committee. Each team's coaching staff (Head Coach, Assistant Coach, or Team Helper) provides 3 volunteers (or 6 for split time) before their teams scheduled staffing obligation. If a team is unable to obtain volunteers for their scheduled obligation, the concessions staffing need will default to the coaches/team helpers. And yes, that would result in the game being cancelled/forfeited. Therefore, be joyful and generous in your volunteerism/support when your coaches/team helpers ask for volunteers. And always remember- Schoolcraft LL is run and operated 100% by volunteers!
The concession staffing timeframes are 5:30p to 8:00p (or split time, 5:30 to 6:45 & 6:45 to 8:00p) Monday thru Thursday & 5:00p to 7:30p (or split time, 5:00p to 6:15p & 6:15p to 7:30p) on Fridays (t-ball & coach pitch divisions) for team/team volunteer planning. Ultimately, 3 volunteers shall be present at all times during the timeframe, unless the evenings concessions committee states otherwise.

Are you a "whistle while you work" kind of person? If so, feel free to bring a portable jukebox and 'let the good times roll'... (family/child appropriate music, aka no profanity/vulgarity)
